AI Appraisal

Description

This is a painting on wooden panels that have been nailed together. There was a signature on the back that is smudged and now unreadable. Bought in France years ago. Know it is not possible to get a value here, just want to see if anyone recognizes the style, approximate age etc. so that I can research. Can't find anything similar online.
