Hello. A co-worker of mine just gave me these because she knows how much I love weird things, and her husband couldn't stand to look at them anymore... Everyone I talked to said that they're real jade, but I've searched again and again and haven't found anything like them online... I don't know if they're "foo dogs" or cats or lions... There are no stamps or markings to tell where they came from... Thank you for your help.

Hello. I would like to know, if possible, where these strange statuettes came from, how they were made, and (not importantly) how much they're worth. They look like they were carved by hand, but something tells me no... They also have a reddish coloring on the tail and eyes in particular. Thank you in advance for your input.
