Description
Believed to be a triple-shot cup, w/simple-bordered two-finger (man's) handle reaching from base to lip; heavy base(2 3/8" diameter)w/ 3/4" flower-plant-plant-flower/repeating border; then tapering immediately to 2", before flaring out to 2 5/8" diameter lip. The name "Bird" in cursive Colonial engish is engraved just above the waist. The base has a stamp: "P" centered inside a diamond w/"QUADRUPLE PLATE" above and below inside a circle, and "PAIRPOINT MFG.CO" (above) "NEW BEDFORD.MASS" (BELOW) around the circle. Below that some "very" faint "smallest" letters/numbers/scratches? Then, legibly "B413", though w/scratching.
