Patek Phillip 24K gold from 1920's made in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil for my grandfather and because this watch have the monograme "MS" at the back of the watch when I was borned and my father name me after his father I got this watch on his will.

I suggest you go to Antiquorum.com.  They ARE IT!! This organization is made up

of the best dealers and connosieurs in the business.  It is probably worth

somewhere between $18,000 to $25,000, rough estimate.

You should inquire as to insurance value.
