Paul Frankl Modern Plunging Neckline Chairs

Description

There are four chairs.  They are black with red leather and red striped velvet on the backs.  There is a small tear in the leather on one.  The seats need new foam.  They may have originally had springs??  I do not know if the upholstery is original.  We had no idea what these were, but after purchase did some investigating and we THINK they are Paul Frankl chairs.  Would love verification of this and an appraisal plus would love to know if the upholstery is original.  Thanks!
