Pecil lithographs of prior presidents homes

Description

1 letter from James Roosevelt (son of Pres. Roosevelt). Black and white photo of Pres. Roosevelt signing the Social Security Act into law on Aug 14, 1935. This letter marks the 55th anniversay of Social Security and the 25th anniversay of Medicare. Picture includes Rep. Doughton, Senator Wagner, Secretary Perkins, Senator King, Rep. David J. Lewis, and Rep. Samuel Hill. Senator Harrison also. A Special Anniversay opinion survey form with a poll number and my father's name. There are three (3) pencil lithographs on heavy gauge paper.1) Monticello - home of Thomas Jefferson; The home of Ulysses S. Grant in Galena, Illinois; Sagamore Hill The home of Theodore Roosevelt. All three are signed by Scott Kiefer and have the raised seal of the International Archives.

I found it in my fathers things after he passed away several years ago. I know nothing about these items other than it shows says " Valuable Collector's print" on front of envelope
