Description

Bought these in early 90's in San Fransisco. Was told they came from a church.  I think they are pewter but not sure.  They are heavy! Any information in regards to age, value, etc. would be appreciated.

They definitely could have been from a church, the "I.H.S." logo stands for "Jesus Humanus Salvator" Latin for "Jesus savior of humanity" and is a common theme in churches. As to age and value, I would guess 1920's or 30's just based on the style, but it would be hard to tell for sure with the limited details given. Are there any markings of any kind anywhere on them other than the aforementioned logos (look carefully, they can be small and hard to see)?

There are no other visible marking but you could knock someone out with one of these as it's so heavy. Thanks for your info.  appreciate the feedback.
