Description Cracked glass and appears to have some moisture stains on painting itself. Artists signature is legible, but I cannot read it very well. I've included a couple photos to see if you can give any idea if it is collectible. I may be able to distinguish the signature next time I go look at it. Doing this as a favor to my 80yr old father. Thanks for your time, Greg
