Look up egyptian brass plate on eBay and you'll find quite a few of these. Prices run from $9.99 to $30 bucks.

This one is better quality than what you normally see on Ebay, it's what's called "Cairo ware", after the fact it originates from outdoor bazaars in Cairo Egypt. These were generally brought back by tourists, most date from the 1890's -1930's, but similar examples are still made to this day for the Tourist and Export market. most sell at auction for less than $100.00
