I would like to know if this is a Goebel Hummel figurine there are no markings on the bottom it just says Germany can anyone please give me some insight on the item I did some research and all I can come up with is it appears to be of a chimney sweeper but I can't date it becaude there are no markings except the Country Germany that is on the base. Some of the colors are fading, If anyone can give me a little insight and educate me on this item I would really appriciate it.
