I have been an admirer of Victorian and Edwardian style for some time and just so recently, I bought this Tea/Coffee set from an antique shop in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. Upon arriving home, I sat for a good 2-3 hours polishing the set, and was surprised to see just how bright and renewed the pieces looked and the wonderful state they were in. So I decided to do some research, but I came up short for information on the set and the company they came from.
I would like to know the cost of the set if I went to auction and perhaps the origin of the company they came from/ how old the items may be.
But of course, any kind of help I get will be much appreciated.
Sidenote- I know absolutely nothing about the set and I have not considered selling as of yet. I only want information. And if you have any issues or require more of a description on how the items look or anything at all, please tell me and I will provide.

Hello. Guildcraft is a trademark of National Silver Company. The company applied for this trademark in 1945. It expired in the 80's. Just a note for future reference you should never-ever polish metal objects. I know it is temping and I have done it my self. It can completly ruin the value of a piece. It is fine if you keep it for yourself...but collectors at auction would shudder with cold chills when they look at it. Men more than women. The most you should do is use a damp rag to wash off dust and dirt...the patina remains. Nice set.
