Description

Hello I have inherited this Nippon piece that through research based on maple leaf being 1/4" wide is it authentic.  While researching other Nippon pieces I haven't found one with the pattern I have.  This piece has a removable lid, white glazed interior, slightly raised gold trim on outside and slightly raised green "dots" on lid and top section of lower part of container.  Not sure if this is an urn?  Looking to get some idea of value.  There is no viable damage to the piece, it has been sitting in my grandmothers China cabinet for over 40 years.  Info I found (not sure if it's correct) is it's a Van Patten's #52

Thanks in advance for your help!
