Description http://img94.imageshack.us/i/pocketwatchwhole.jpg/ After opening watch face. http://img41.imageshack.us/i/watchface.jpg/ The watch face and dials. http://img80.imageshack.us/img80/6440/9backopened.jpg The Hallmarks on the inside of the case. Maker: James Henry Perry (James Perry & Co. is printed on the watch face as well as engraved on the inside of the watch on the gold coloured part) "Liverpool" is printed right below "James Perry & Co." on the watch face as well. The maker's mark also suggests it was James Perry as it says "JHP". Year: The date mark suggests it was made in 1775. Serial Number: On the inside of the watch, under the watch face, after "James Perry & Co." is the number "5828" also engraved. I imagine that is the serial number. Material: The lion mark that is stamped along with the date, maker, and city mark suggests it's made of Sterling Silver. City: London. The stamp consisting of the head of a cat suggests London.
