PopEye and Olive Oyl Lamp

I bought this lamp about 5 Years ago at a thrift store. It is in excellent condition and globe of street light works with a night light bulb inside globe. I cannot find any markings or manufacturers name anywhere on lamp. I would greatly appreciate any information, history and or value as the not knowing is very hard. Thanks so much!
