Porcelain figurine of woman feeding chickens - Is this Meissen?

Description Figurine in very good condition, even the flower petals appear to be intact.  The only condition issue is some paint rubbing primarily noticeable on the raised folds of the red portion of dress, and some on the brown stump at base, also  the gold colored swirl pattern is affected.  One polka dot on her green head covering also has paint loss.
