Description Quaker porecelain figure with pipe that I think may have been a display counter item for a tobacco company. I think I remember Raleigh Cigareetes as having a Qauker as their identifying logo but not sure, yet the figure holds a pipe and not a cigarette. Really not sure. Very light crazing only in a small area. Excellent condition. The bottom has a rubberlike material covering it and there's no marks to identify who made this. Info about age, maker and value appreciated.
