Description

The item appears to be black and red striped metal. The item has two halves. One half has a screw in for a light bulb that connects to two metal pronges. This half hinges backward to open. Above the light bulb screw in is a rectangular opening. The other half remains stationary. It has two lenses along with  a metal piece that slides to cover one of the two lenses. Behind the two lenses are two rectangular openings. The two rectangular openings combined match with the one rectangular opening on the hinged side. One side contains some sort of winding mechanism. There are two metal gears. Ther is also a wooden or cork spindle.  The other side contains a square hole and a smaller hole beneath it. The entire thing has a wooden or cork base. The hinged half sits slightly above the base. The unhinged half sits flush to the base using the base as the bottom.
