Pre Columbian art would need a specialist. If no one on here knows then you wouldnt get an answer ,sorry.

he University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaelogy and Anthropology has helped me out in the past; I sent photos and description (send some macros of any important detail) and after waiting several weeks, someone got back to me.  It was free so I really didn't mind waiting, and I knew that there was no conflict of interest, i.e. someone saying it was worthless and then offering to take it off my hands.  They didn't give me value, but they gave me identifiers and historical explanation that I could then use to start researching value.  Good luck.
