The print seems in pretty good condition but I do believe it may have been in a fire. Could of also been in a room with a fireplace for many years.

I have the exact same litho print. It was my great grandfathers from the early 1900's. Don't know the value but I am keeping mine.
The image is of Whistlers Mother and was very popular during the Victorian Era and the original is currently hanging at the Museo de Orsay is Paris.
