Description

This is a 3 piece quarter sawn oak parlor set with sofa and two chairs (one of which is a rocking chair).  I personally refinished the wood & had the springs recoiled, and all three pieces reholpstered. I don't know where the furniture originally came from as it was give to my husband & I by his father over 20 years ago. It is very heavy with wide arms and back.  It is in excellent condition other than needing a good cleaning as it hasn't been used in years & has been in storage.  I would love to sell this as a set but have no idea what the true value is. Any information on pricing would be greatly appreciated!
