Description

This vase has a silver base, similar to a short candleholder with a beautiful white and pink glass bud vase in it. The outside of the vase is white and the center is pink. It is fluted open in a deep wave pattern around the top, so you see the pink beautifully. The vase will not hold more than one or two flowers.

The glass is not marked in any way. I do not find a sterling mark so it is probably silerplate - made by the Queen City Silver Co.  There is a mark above the name (which is not abbreviated) So the markings look like this:

19 :: 31   ( There may be 1 or 2 more dots beneath the ones noted - difficult to see)

Queen City Silver Company

Any ideas on it's value?
