Description
I have a full set of eight of R. Wallace Sterling. I believe it is the violet pattern. All peices have the word sterling stamped on them. I have included a picture of this marking from one of the forks.
The knives have sterling stamped on the handle although it is tricky to see.
They are in very good condition. No scratches.
I am curious about the the marking on the handle. I am thinking that this marking will give an idea of when it was made.
Also the approx. value.
The only thing that is missing from the eight is the teaspoons. there are only six.
Your help will be much appreciated.

approx. 8 or 9 pounds. I weighed it in the box but the box is quite light. 10.1 pounds with box.
