From what I have been able to research thus far, I've learned that this piece is possibly a rare piece from Italy. The cherub has beautiful three dimensional detailing. Dimensions 24" height and 14" wide (at widest point where violin is). It looks like it's made out of a wood putty resin of some sort, but I'm not entirely sure. Does anyone have anuy additional information or ideas on the value of this piece?
