I am attempting to establish a value/appraisal on this piece because there are so few found, and so little information known. I acquired a good amount of info via the internet from a person who inherited the full dining room set, selling that at reduced price of $4,600.00 some listings reflect the dining chairs selling for up to $350.00 per chair. No solid information has been found on this hutch to date, I have yet to find another just like it. The info established is from a seller who is the heir to her grandparents set purchased directly from the manufacturer where they lived in Los Angeles, CA area and stored throughout the years until this heir took possesion. Furniture Company fell victim to the Great Depression and went bankrupt in 1933 all business was ceased by 1935.
Age: Possibly late 1920's to 1932 (max)
Condition: Is good with a couple minor surface exceptions that can be seen in the photos attached. Over all condition is very good.
Because like pieces are hard to find via the internet and so few pieces are found at all, I assume this piece is considered Rare beccause they are highly sought after and desired.
Any idea what the appraised value may be?
Thank You,
