Description

Hello,  This spoon must have been made for a company but I could not find any with the monogram initials doing a search.  The monogram is N.S.B.H. Co. and I also could not find a Reed & Barton mark that ends 2+.  Does anyone know when and for whom this may have been made for and also what 2+ means?  Thank you.
