It appears to be a Catholics version picture of Jesus Christ. The way you look for the artist and the year is the sn signed and numbered by the artist. Look for a date on the back and the other part is the frame and the quality of it. Your not going to put a slap to snap frame on a valuable portrait. Last is the worst part about it and that's what is it that is great to open up for search engine optimization to see if it is a reprint. The original artist will always sign and numbered to get this look for the sn low right corner or the back. If you're not sure who is the original artist a simple search for the same picture with Wikipedia is the best way to go.
Another look at it and it appears to be Jesus at a table perhaps the last supper or something that is Biblical to date for the time when Jesus walked on the earth. check out the books of Acts to see.
What I found on the on the back it says Gaillard Christ After Rembrandt and I was only a able to find one just like this one again from Rembrandt in color not like this in etching
Do a search for the name on it and see if you can get any other info, It's worth the look for the point of not finding a reprint in bulk. If you can get any more of the artist info And that may lead to a year of paint. Last thing to do is go to a art gallery or something like a historical for Christ ministries or something that is the same line for the picture. Catholics are the ones who have the images of Christ as the picture, not sure how they came to the conclusion but I'm sure they are the ones that have the images as this. I'm not catholic so I don't know if it is correct as I'm not even remotely in the same religion I'm Baptist/, PFWB, good luck
