Description
Remington portable typewriter with yellow Latin keys, model#NE81683. I rescued typewriter from my stepfathers shed before estate auction. He said it was given to his father(Kenneth O. Cayce) from his uncle ( Edgar Cayce) many years ago. Edgar Cayce was,and still is regarded as some sort of profit and clairvoyant. My stepfather still lives and resides in Hopkinsville KY. I know absolutely nothing about antique typewriters and would like to know it's value. As well as how to store it properly.

That particular model would have been from around the 1920's.
Depending on its condition and functionality would expect to get anywhere from 100-250 dollars. I recently sold an english key fully functioning model from 1930's for $180.00.
