Reuge Italian Cigarette Lipstick Musical Carousel, Porcelian Gold, Swiss Movement!

I believe this to be a Reuge. It is raised stamped on the bottom "Made In Italy" These are the only markings. No stickers or font anywhere visable.  The 3 feet are very wide and gold plated. The other gold metal appears to be gold plated as well including the gold swan inside, sitting on a ribbon like pedestal design. The inside of the doors are gold plated and lined with red velvet or felt type mat'l. There are no chips cracks or scratches or tarnishing from what I can see. It is in between excellent and mint condition!. It plays a very nice 4 bar 12/8 waltz which I don't know the name of. It functions flawlessly.
