Revell & Co Chicago Library Table

By Yayyme, 7 August, 2017
Description

I have a library table with the makers plaque on the back of REVELL & CO CHICAGO. The legs have an ornate plaster molding that is coming off. I love the style of this piece and would love to know more about it, could it be restored, value and if anyone has seen one like this? What is plaster molding on furniture called? I was told the the design is called Anthemion but is there a proper name instead of "plaster molding/moulding"?
