Richard Lorenz Western Water Color Painting

Description

This is a watercolor painting I acquired from an estate sale and have no history or paperwork on it. It is signed "Richard Lorenz" but it is in cursive where it looks like he normally prints his name. I think this is because it is watercolor and not oil. I can not find any examples of his work in watercolor. The painting has some water streaks and has been permanently matted to a cardboard backing. The photos were taken in direct sunlight.
