Rider Liqueur Set (21) (maybe more than 1 set here)

I haven't found much info on this set. Going by the the bottle tops there could be parts of more than one set. They are from Rieder Distillerys, Grimsby, Ontario, Canada. Most likely from the 1970's as that was when the rest of of minis were accumulated. Anyone out there with any info? A value would be nice.
