Frame of chair is metal painted a metallic dark warm gray color, hardwood runners added beneath metal runners, metal runners have brass caps, walnut finish throughout; hardwood arms with brass caps; hardwood frames on seat and back, seat and back are caned; formed bar across outer side of backrest provides a place to hang a lap blanket. One small scuff in wood finish about 1 inch by 1/8 inch on backrest, one scratch of same length on back of backrest; minor wear on finish of wooden runners underneath. Comfortable. Light use. Sturdy condition, wiggle-free.
