Rococo revival fainting couch

Description

I am thinking about buying this fainting couch.  Need info on manufacturer and what the wood is made of and price  value.  There is a chip out of the top carved wood shown in picture #2.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.  Martha Wright

I'd say $150 would be a fair price even if it turned out to be 1920's
