Description

Desk is 50" wide 30"deep 30.5" high at the front and 43.5" high in the back. 2 pieces base and top. Appears to be veneer on the sides of the base and top but other parts are solid wood.Knee hole is 18.5" wide. Looking for any information on the desk, era, builder, etc.

have you found out anything about this roll top, more than what's listed? I have the same exact one sitting, taking up space and I'm not sure what to do with it... trying to find a value or a possible home for it...

Roll tops last peaked in value in the 1990's, values since then have taken a bit of a dive. Most like this tend to date from the first quarter of the 20th century, we'd retail one comparable to this for about $800.00 if it was in good shape and needed no repair or restoration.
