Found this and have no idea what it is, or it's worth. I see no marks on it depicting a signatures, etc. It may be handmade as I can see brush strokes on the back. It's 10" in diameter and about an inch deep.

Might this be printed paper collage adhered to metal with metalic "bronze" color paint brushed on sides and bottom?
