The only thing I found out about my item is it is a Ron Lee Sculptor from the clowns & circus memorabilia, I'm not even 100% about that.

I aquired the item from my grandmother, & it was given to her as a gift, she was in the circus from the late '40s to the '70s after she ecsaped Germany from one of Hitlers youth camps. She has collected so much circus memorabilia over the years, this is just one of them. She has worked with Barnum & Bailey, that's about all I know
