Description I personally got the Ronald Reagan's signature at the Hotel Fort Des Moines in Des Moines, Iowa. I climbed over chairs, in a skirt, to get to him and thought the secret service was going to grab me, but Ronald Reagan smiled and took the pen from me and signed it. The hat has the paper banner sign on the front of the hat with his name on it. I also shook his hand.
