Rosenthal-Netter small ceramic

Description

It's a small blue vase (?) with a flower imprint on opposite sides. It's got some notches in the top (3). It's not quite as bright blue as the photos show.

It appears you have a Bitossi ashtray, only reason for the notches I can think of. Would be nice to see the notches upfront on the pic. Good luck.
