This china set was purchased by my mother in Euroupe during WWII, mid to late 40's. The banquet linen is embroidered "HJ" in the corner - this may or may not be a clue to the previous owner, but was displayed with her purchase.
This has a place setting for 12. The markings are Rosethal Selb Bavaria and numbered #2424, 71 pieces with no signs of use nor wear.
