I wish to find a value for selling purposes.

Its not "Royal" , just Doulton. Your dates are correct, "England" was added in 1891. Value is hard to say seems you are missing a teapot lid and creamer. $69.50 is what you paid for these items? I dont think the value is that high on a partail set like this. :(
