Re: Russian book
Hi,
My best translation is that its a home care book writen in Russian. Not as in wives tales or home remedies, but rather what to do at home under certain circumstances.
Now the curious thing is that there is no letter "i" (as far as I know) in the Russian alphabet. Which you clearly see in the photos.
I know this sounds crazy, but its like the book was translated from Russian into English and then back into Russian by Pacific Press. Or Simply into poor Russian from English.
The title translates into "Home Medicine". Not Medication.
You could probably take it to a local university offering Russian language for more insight.
I hope this helped.
