Russian Die

Description

The item I would like appraised is a  6 sided cube(die) copper base with silver plate and emblems on each side.  There are 3 emblems total, each is displayed twice.  The first is the Russian National Emblem, the second is the Kremlin clock, and the third is a the "Church of the Spilt Blood" in St. Petersburg, with 5 spires of gold, all emblems are gold plated over the silver and it seems as though someone has drilled a hole through as though to make a necklace charm out of the die.
