I was going to make jewelry out of them..but after a little research I decided they were to rich in history to turn into bracelets and rings. I know they are Russian, and the "84" means silver. I was given one online appraisal of "at least $350," and here I am for hopefully some more knowledgeable opinions.
Sorry for the quality of the close-ups. There is, like I said before, a fleur-de-lis with two letters. They look like "ED" or "FD" or even "LD" I'm thinking it might be Russian letters.
