Russian Porcelain Jardinere

Description

This is a cobalt blue over white porcelain Jardinere with gold gilding. Measures 8" in length. Hallmarked in Russian on the botton but contains "Handmade in Russia" in English. Artist signature under the glaze.
Either in mint antique condition or a newer piece. Argh... need help! Thanks.

Found in a box that contained three other porcelain Jardineres. The other two were from the late 1800's. One is French and the other is from England. This particular piece looks way to new to be antique but...
