Description
I bought this set years ago at a neighborhood sale and I would like to know the value of it-for insurance purposes, and the year, or time frame, from which the set was made.
The set includes:
*4 cups
*4 plates
*1 box -for which the coaster size plates go in (good condition)
*1 tray (excellent condition).
The box and all the sake cups have "Ryukyu Lacquerware Company" signed on the bottom, plus something written in Japanese in the middle of the marks. The box's mark is in yellow, the sake cup's marks are in red.
This has been extremely frustrating in locating any information on. Any help or history would be EXTREMELY appreciated.
