Description I'm not sure what kind of wood it is but it is a hard wood that looks almost like pine. The table is a farm table style and is very large and has two leafs that make it huge. It also came with custom made pads to fit the table and the two leafs. I'm attaching pics for you to view. I'm curious as what the resale value is as I am moving from a house to an apartment and this is way too large to take with me. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. Patty
