Saddle Stool?

By Bentoid10, 9 February, 2010
Description

Not sure what it actually is but believe it to be some form of saddle holder/stool. It has a horizontal spindle near the floor that contains a notch and spins. Has some charring on the stool portion and one of the legs but seems pretty stout.
