Description

i have a plate stamped HAND PAINTED SATSUMA, it has red trim around the plate, gold guilding, 2 birds on lower painting, flower blossoms, trees and leaves, cream colored crackel paint work.  i was wondering what this is, where it is from, how old, and about how much it is worth
