Description
I have had this saucer for 20yrs or better, and have tried to find out who made it by checking out library books, looking up the cpo that is one of symbols on the bottom of the saucer on the internet. I just cant find anything about it. I would like to know the value, and if I can find the manf. maybe I can find a cup th go with it.

hallmarks on the bottom of the saucer, one is the letters cpo inside of a diamond shape. The other 2 hallmarks are in another language....I think
