I believe you may have the date wrong. The Fox release of The Sea Wolf did not happen until 1930 with Milton Sills. A picture or more description would help, but if have the Fox Movietone version with Milton Sills, I would expect to get $15-25 in a retail setting as this is not an extremely common version of this very re-printed book.
